A personal message from Evi Prokopi, Managing Director:
My name is Evi Prokopi and through my working experience I have encountered several challenges and issues I have successfully resolved and/or helped people resolve. I am proud of my personal development and very happy for having collaborated with Fortune 100 companies and start-ups. I now focus more on helping people achieve their goals and make their dreams come true!
I was a presenter - the first and youngest Greek female- at the Global Project Management Institute Congress. The white paper I co-wrote back then was featured in SAP's online magazine, Digitalist. I was invited at the Virtual Working Summit, and I have been featured in Dr Penny Pullan’s book Virtual Leadership. I was also invited to the Greek Project Management Conference and the Greek Talent Management and Employer Branding Conference.
I have the honor to be in the TOP 100 HR Influencers 2020 and my thoughts about Responsible Leadership are welcome to the Business World Dialogue. I am also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and a Mentor at the Women in Tech Movement. In 2021, I was selected by Accenture as one of the 41 global experts on the Future of Work 2025 and in 2021 and 2022 I was given the Best Leadership Award by the CEO Today magazine.

Who is Evi?
Dr. Evi Prokopi is an Human Resources Management and Project Management Professional, Trainer and Coach, frequently invited to conferences around Europe, as a keynote speaker. She is a Certified Work Performance Assessor and an NLP Coach, she travels a lot and works with people from almost every continent, making her a multicultural expert. She has worked for Fortune 100 companies and shaped start-ups. She is also a published author and her first book 'The Success Playbook: the 8 habits of happy and successful people' is based on her doctorate research while her second book 'Leadership like a Fairytale' is based on fairytales and a fantasy story.
She holds a PhD in Philosophical Psychology, an MA (Merit) in Marketing, a BA (Magna Cum Laude) in Applied Linguistics, an Associate's Degree in Project Management and she has attended various online courses. She has lived in Greece, Finland, the UK, Germany, Canada, and the USA. She loves to write, to spend time with her family (including her dog, Ragnar!) and in her spare time she is an aerial acrobat. She was also a founding member and the President of Diexodos, the first anti-bullying organization in Greece. Nowadays she leads the nonprofit team, Cosmoleadership, the Global Leadership Association.
Evi has taken the official Stanford-Binet IQ test and is considered Highly Gifted.
As per Stanford-Binet,'anyone with a general IQ this high is considered to be gifted. Evi has the ability to think critically, conceptualize ideas and form her own conclusions. Her ability to think in patterns and to produce order out of chaos enables her to handle complexities and see logic in everything.'
