Hi, I'm Evi Prokopi. Throughout my career, I've tackled and conquered numerous challenges, aiding others in their journeys along the way. I'm proud of my growth and delighted to have collaborated with both Fortune 100 companies and innovative startups. Now, my mission is to help you achieve your goals!

As the first and youngest Greek female presenter at the Global Project Management Institute Congress, I shared my insights on project management. My co-authored white paper was featured in SAP's Digitalist, during the Covid-19 era.

My expertise has led to invitations at prestigious international events, as a keynote speaker, and my work has been highlighted in Dr. Penny Pullan’s book Virtual Leadership. Recognized as a TOP 100 HR Influencer of 2020, my thoughts on Responsible Leadership are featured in the World Business Dialogue.

As a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and a Mentor at the Women in Tech Movement, I am dedicated to fostering leadership and innovation. In 2021, Accenture named me one of the 41 global experts on the Future of Work 2025, and I received the Best Leadership Award from CEO Today magazine in both 2021 and 2022, as well as the Best Management Consulting Award in 2023.

Who is Evi?

A seasoned Human Resources Management and Project Management professional, trainer, and coach, frequently invited as a keynote speaker at conferences across Europe. A certified Work Performance Assessor and NLP Coach, with a multicultural perspective, having collaborated with people from nearly every continent.

I'm also a published author. My first book, The Success Playbook: The 8 Habits of Happy and Successful People, is based on my doctorate research. My second book, Leadership Like a Fairytale, intertwines leadership principles with enchanting stories.

I hold a PhD in Philosophical Psychology, an MA (Merit) in Marketing, a BA (Magna Cum Laude) in Applied Linguistics, and an Associate's Degree in Project Management, complemented by various online courses. I've lived in Greece, Finland, the UK, Germany, Canada, and the USA, enriching my global outlook.
